Terms
The short version, then the real thing
This page is not legal advice, and it isn't a substitute for a lawyer reviewing your own situation. It's the plain-language terms Jeffrey Momon sells G-Rated VA under. Read it before you buy — the checkbox at checkout means you did.
Refunds
All sales are final
Your setup fee — $150 on Starter, $350 on Pro — pays for real work: the kickoff call, configuring your instance, and testing it against your CRM and carriers. Once you buy, that fee is not refundable, whether or not you go on to use the product.
The monthly subscription — $110/month on Starter, $275/month on Pro — is not refundable either. You can cancel any time (see "Cancelling" below), but amounts already charged — including the current month in progress — don't come back.
This doesn't affect your ability to dispute a charge with your card issuer. A no-refund policy is Jeffrey's stated terms, not a promise that a chargeback can't happen.
What you're buying
Software, not insurance advice
G-Rated VA is a license to use scheduling, drafting, and follow-up software, plus a one-time setup service to configure it for your business. It is not insurance advice, not a marketing service, and not a compliance service.
G-Rated VA schedules, drafts, and relays factual case status. It does not quote premiums, explain benefits, recommend or compare products, take an application, or promise approval. That's licensed-producer work, and it stays with you.
Jeffrey Momon is a licensed agent. G-Rated VA the software is not, and nothing about buying it makes it one.
The approval gate
You decide what sends. Not Jeffrey, not the software.
Every message G-Rated VA drafts — a text, an email, a carrier note — sits in your approval queue until you approve it. Nothing goes out on your number, under your business, without you clicking approve first. There's no setting that turns this off.
That matters for a specific reason: you're the one sending the message, so you're the one responsible for it.
Consent, A2P, and TCPA
Your contacts, your consent, your registration
By buying and using G-Rated VA, you agree that:
- You are solely responsible for getting and documenting proper consent (express written consent, scoped to your business) from every contact before any message goes out to them.
- You are solely responsible for your own A2P 10DLC brand and campaign registration with your SMS/CRM provider. G-Rated VA does not register, provide, or manage phone numbers or messaging campaigns for you — you bring your own A2P-verified number.
- You are solely responsible for complying with the TCPA, your state's telemarketing law (some states have their own, stricter rules — sometimes called "mini-TCPA" laws), and any do-not-call obligations that apply to your business.
- G-Rated VA includes guardrails — quiet hours in the contact's own timezone, opt-out detection and permanent suppression, and volume caps — built to help you stay compliant. This is not a compliance guarantee. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving every message before it sends, and for your own consent practices upstream of the tool.
- G-Rated VA does not provide insurance, legal, or compliance advice.
Your client data
It's yours, and it's real people's information
Your book of business — names, phone numbers, emails, and case details — is your data. It's also consumer personal information, and in some cases sensitive, under state privacy laws. You're responsible for how you collect it and for keeping it secure in your own CRM.
During setup, Jeffrey may need to see some of it to configure and test your instance. He doesn't retain copies of your contact list longer than needed to do that work, and he doesn't use your data for anything besides delivering the service to you.
Support
You're talking to the person who built it
Support isn't a ticket queue — it's Jeffrey, who runs this same software in his own agency. Reach out by email and expect a real reply, not a canned one, but also not instant: he's an agent first, and support happens around his own book of business.
Plans
What each plan includes
G-Rated VA is sold in two plans. What you get is what your plan lists on the pricing page at the time you buy — the limits below are enforced by the software, not just described in marketing copy.
Starter — $150 setup plus $110/month. Limited to 250 contacts, 15 assistant chats per day. 30-minute kickoff call. Email support, next business day. Does not include: email inbox monitoring, commission and carrier reporting, book-of-business and win/loss tracking, save queue for lapsing policies.
Pro — $350 setup plus $275/month. No contact limit, 40 assistant chats per day. Full kickoff call, no time cap. 24/7 on-hand support from Jeffrey Momon.
The daily chat limit exists to keep the cost of running your assistant predictable. It limits interactive chat only — your assistant's background work continues regardless, and is not capped by it.
Moving from Starter to Pro is a plan change: you pay the difference in setup fee ($200) and the new monthly rate going forward. Setup fees already paid are not refunded or re-charged. Moving from Pro down to Starter changes your monthly rate going forward and does not refund any difference.
Cancelling
Cancel the monthly subscription any time
You can cancel your monthly subscription whenever you want. Cancelling stops future charges — it doesn't refund what you've already paid, including the portion of the current month already billed. The one-time setup fee was a separate, already-completed charge and isn't affected by cancelling the subscription.
Questions about any of this before you buy? Email Jeffrey — better to ask first.
